Country

Moldavia is a country between Europe and CEI with about 4,5 million inhabitants. Former member of the Soviet Union, Moldavia declared its independency in 1991 and is today a stable political coutry. Major economic links are toward CEI, the integration of CEE is a long term issue that guarantee labour cost stability.
The official language is Romanian, the population is bilingual Romanian/Russian, this ensure high levels of foreign language proficiency.
The capital is Chisinau, having population of 700.000.
Level of literacy of the country is high, more then 96% of people over 15 can read and write. With 9 universities and 20.000 graduated per year Moldavia ensure a valuable basis skilled professionals for offshoring activities.
